egypt article
The summary of the article I read is that the Egyptian government was corrupt and the people couldn't stand it anymore so they began to protest in the streets but more importantly on the web. The egyptians started to blog and tweet about the government and began to get people pumped up and angry with the government to the point that riots and crimes broke out and the government cut off the media to the country.
